I had 2 pairs of New Balance sneakers, one pair of sandals, a T- strap dress shoe, and a closed walking shoe all re-done by Rafaello due to bunions. He COMPLETELY re-did the shoes.. cut the soles, widened and heightened the toe boxes, while keeping the heels the same.

I came here needing my designer sneaker stretched, as one foot of mine is slightly longer than the other. Rafaello made a custom mold to fit the sneaker and to stretch it out length wise. A regular shoe stretcher wouldn't work when I tried. Excellent service and quick as well!
